Product details:

Use Maxx Steelbinder self-drilling roofing screws to secure metal roof and wall panels to steel framing. A self-drilling point eliminates the separate pre-drilling step, while the bonded EPDM washer helps form a weather-resistant seal.

Key features

  • Self-drilling point: Cuts into steel without a separate pilot hole.
  • Bonded EPDM washer: Helps seal the fastener opening against moisture.
  • Durable construction: Supports demanding exterior roofing and siding applications.
  • Multiple configurations: Available in assorted sizes, finishes, and coatings.
  • Product SKU: 12B100DMC0PS-GN26-480PK

Applications

  • Metal roofing and siding installations
  • Pole barns, garages, warehouses, and utility buildings
  • Residential, agricultural, and light-industrial structures

Installation guidance

Keep the fastener aligned and drive it until the washer is seated evenly. Do not underdrive or overdrive, since either can reduce sealing performance. A magnetic socket nutsetter is recommended for controlled installation.

Great Company!

I inadvertently ordered 100 self-tapping screws which ended up being too short and the company handled my return with much kindness and patience especially considering that I can be a lil ditzy sometimes!

Quality screws and quick shipping

Maxx Steelbinder self drilling screws are heavy duty and drill well through 24g roof panels and 11g purlins. Price is great compared to Teks and quality is the same or better.
