Advertising, Analytics, and Your Opt-Out Rights

Cookies and Pixel Tags

EcoFoil works with third-party advertising and analytics companies that may collect non-personally identifiable information about your visits to and interactions with the Site. This information is collected through cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies, which are industry-standard tools used by most major websites.

Behavioral Analytics and Session Technology

In addition to standard cookies and pixel tags, we may use third-party tools that record how users interact with pages on the Site, such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolling behavior, and form inputs. This technology helps us identify usability issues and improve the shopping experience.

These tools capture non-personally identifiable interaction data in most cases. However, they may incidentally capture information you enter in forms or chat fields. We configure these tools to mask or exclude sensitive fields such as payment and password inputs wherever technically feasible.

Third-party providers used for analytics and session technology may include Google Analytics and other similar services. These providers act as service providers on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we allow certain third-party advertising and analytics partners to receive information about your browsing activity on the Site through cookies and similar technologies in order to deliver targeted advertisements to you on other websites and platforms. Under certain state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), this activity may be considered the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

You may opt out of this activity at any time by:

  • Using a web browser that supports and has enabled the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request.

  • Visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at optout.networkadvertising.org.

Opting out does not remove advertising from your experience. It means that the ads you see may be less tailored to your interests.

Site Statistics

EcoFoil may use information gathered about your visit via site statistics or cookies to help diagnose problems with our server or track your progress through the Site to improve your shopping experience.

Security

We take every precaution to protect our users’ information. All pages on this website that collect personal information are secured and transmitted using a high level of encryption. You can verify our security certificate status by looking for the lock icon displayed in your browser’s address bar. In addition, our site address displays “https:” indicating a secure server connection is in use. EcoFoil is committed to protecting your sensitive information.

We may share SMS-related information (including phone numbers and messaging activity) with trusted service providers who help deliver and manage our messaging programs. These providers are permitted to use this information only to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect your information.
