Insulated Yurt in winter

Insulate your yurt with heat-reflective, thermal barrier technology

The key to comfortable and sustainable living in a yurt is effective insulation. EcoFoil Bubble Insulation is perfect for yurt living because it is extremely efficient for its thickness. The thin profile saves precious interior space while reflecting radiant heat back to its source—helping maintain comfortable temperatures year round. Many manufacturers choose EcoFoil reflective insulation in their yurt plans, and is also a great DIY solution for new and old yurts alike.

Prevents buildup of condensation in your yurt

When outdoor temperatures are cold and interior spaces are warm, condensation can often form on yurt walls and roof. This can lead to many issues down the road. EcoFoil Double Bubble Insulation provides a thermal break between contrasting temperatures, which prevents problems related to moisture buildup.

Keeping a yurt warm inside

Keep your yurt cozy in winter and refreshingly cool in summer

EcoFoil's Reflective Bubble Insulation works year-round to minimize heat loss in colder months, while reflecting the sun's radiant heat in warmer months. Its thin profile reflects up to 96% of radiant heat back to its source, and when seams are sealed with Insulation Tape, it creates a vapor barrier which prevents the passage of moisture. Once installed, the inside of your yurt will be shielded from the elements year-round, with more comfortable temperatures and less costly utility bills.

Great

Bought this to use as skirting for our RV for the winter weather and it’s gonna work great! It’s thick and easy to use. We purchased the tape that’s suggested to go with it and we’re not happy with that. It sticks to the eco foil great but doesn’t stick to other surfaces good. We ended up purchasing actual silver duct tape and it worked great.

Radiant heat barrier

Love the product, shipped quickly. Absolutely great customer service which is becoming a rarity these days. Insulation went down without problem, seam tape went down great. The 4 stars is because something should be done with silver face, when installed with sunshine you will get an immediate tan. Very very bright. I'm not an engineer but I would think something could be done, maybe not. Actually give it 4 and 3/4 stars.

Easy to work with

Everything about his insulation is good. It's easy to work with. Easy for beginners. No mess. Would buy the recommended tape to tape seams together. Easy to cut. Hope it actually works and insulates!.
