Product details:

HG Steelbinder self-drilling metal roofing screws are built for attaching metal roofing and siding to steel framing, helping create a secure connection in residential, agricultural, and commercial work. A self-drilling point streamlines installation, while the EPDM washer helps seal the fastener location from moisture exposure.

Common applications

  • New construction, repairs, and exterior building projects
  • Metal panel attachment for roofing and siding
  • Barns, factories, workshops, and warehouses

Product features

  • Self-drilling point: Eliminates the need for a separate pilot hole.
  • Multiple options: Offered in several sizes and finishes.
  • EPDM rubber washer: Helps protect the connection from water infiltration.
  • High-grade construction: Provides strength for demanding building applications.
  • Product SKU: 12C150D5H0ZS-384PK

Driving recommendations

Install the screw square to the surface and stop once the washer is properly compressed. Excessive torque can damage the washer and compromise the seal. Use a magnetic socket nutsetter to keep driving pressure controlled.
