What is Foil / White Bubble Insulation?
EcoFoil® Double Bubble (White Poly/Foil) Insulation consists
of two layers of 8 mil poly bubble insulation which is then covered on one side side by a reflective metalized/aluminum composition and on the other side by a sheet of UV Rated White polyethylene. It provides
superior protection against radiant heat transfer and also provides an
effective vapor and condensation barrier if properly sealed with white tape.
Where is Foil / White Bubble Insulation Used?
Wall Insulation - Double Bubble White/Foil insulation is commonly used as wall insulation in metal and post frame buildings as a vapor and condensation barrier.
It can be placed on the outside of the roof purlins during new construction or attached to the inside of the purlins in a retrofit application.
