Insulating the walls of a metal building is one of the most important steps in keeping the temperature of the structure at a moderate level. It can be easily installed during construction from the outside before the steel wall panels are attached. In existing structures it can be retrofitted by attaching from the interior side but this may require additional materials and fasteners.
IMPORTANT: Remember to allow air space when going over the top of purlins. It is this air space that allows EcoFoil to work at its maximum potential of blocking radiant heat.
