Single bubble foil insulation is also called foil/foil insulation because it has foil on all sides. In the center of the single bubble foil insulation you will find a single layer of polyethylene bubble insulation. Those durable bubbles are surrounded on both sides by reflective foil. The metalized aluminum construction not only makes single bubble foil insulation work well to reflect radiant heat, but it also works as a vapor barrier and prevents condensation in insulation which can cause mold.
Single bubble foil insulation is lightweight and easy to install.
